Drs. James and Sandra Moore
James C. Moore, O.D. was raised in the North Carolina Piedmont. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. He practiced at the Optometric Eye Care Center in Roanoke Rapids, NC, before opening Moore Optometric Eye Center in 1988. He belongs to the American Optometric Association and the North Carolina State Optometric Society.
Sandra Schrader-Moore, O.D. was raised in upstate New York. She attended Indiana University in Bloomington and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. She practiced at an ophthalmologic practice in Roanoke Rapids, NC, before opening Moore Optometric Eye Center in 1988. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the North Carolina State Optometric Society, and the Lexington Downtown Lions'Club.

Dr. Tamara L. Jenison Williams
Tamara L. Jenison Williams, O.D. was raised in the mid-Michigan area. She did her undergraduate work at Central Michigan University and Michigan State University, before continuing on with her optometry degree at the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University. She received her Doctorate in Optometry in May 2000.
Dr.Williams practiced two years at Marietta Eye Clinic in the Atlanta, GA area. She returned to her home state of Michigan where she practiced an additional 2 1/2 years in private practice before relocating to North Carolina and joining the staff of Moore Optometric Eye Center.
She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the North Carolina State Optometric Society, and the American Academy of Optometry. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching and playing sports, reading, working out, and going to the beach.
She is married to Dr. Adam Williams, a Chiropractor in Clemmons. She has an 18 month old daughter, Raegan.

Dr. Amy Thomas Gurley
Amy Thomas Gurley, O.D. was born and raised in Newton, NC. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004 before continuing to earn her Doctorate in Optometry in May 2008 from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. She is excited to be living and practicing back in North Carolina. Dr. Gurley is currently a member of the American Optometric Association and the North Carolina State Optometric Society.
